GLUE Lecture Series | Positive Results: Human Factors Insights for Better Diagnostic POCT Design

Join the ACME POCT Human Factors Team for a June 10 GLUE webinar exploring how human factors expertise can improve diagnostic point-of-care test design, from usability best practices to key development touchpoints. Attendees will gain practical insights and resources to design more effective, user-centered diagnostic tools

ACME POCT's next Global Lecture Uniting Everyone (GLUE) is on Wednesday, June 10th featuring the Human Factors Team.

A well-designed test makes successful use look effortless — but achieving that simplicity requires a deep understanding of real-world users and contexts of use. HomeLab researchers leverage the knowledge gained from conducting over 150 human factors evaluations of diagnostic tests since 2020 to provide usability best practices for test design, as well as an overview of critical human factors touchpoints during test development and resources to help support developers. This lecture is intended for device developers seeking to strengthen their understanding of human factors principles and their practical application in diagnostic test design.
